AiM invests in Kingdom Impact Ltd.

TORONTO, Ontario, February 12, 2024 – AiM Partners Inc (“AiM” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into a binding agreement (the “Agreement”) with Kingdom Impact Ltd (“KI”), a private company based in the United Kingdom with James Waters as its Founder (the “Founder”).

In the Agreement, AiM will provide its time, talents and treasures to the Founder to advance KI’s work in the measurement and increase of social and spiritual impact. As a part of the Phase 1 work, AiM and KI will assess the business and product development plan to create a suite of accessible and robust tools for redemptive businesses and organizations, with focus on both the needs of funders and organizational leaders. As a part of the Agreement, AiM will provide funding to KI which will be used for general working capital purposes.
